Mark founded Cathexis Partners in the fall of 2008. Prior to that, he was the Director of IT Consulting at an event production company focused on producing nonprofit events. In his ten years supporting nonprofits, Mark has supported hundreds of nonprofit online fundraising efforts. Mark leads Cathexis Partners, whose mission is to help non-profit and other socially minded organizations raise funds, expand house files and spread the word about their mission more effectively and more efficiently. Services include website development (design, migrations/integrations, implementation, CSS/template deployment), reporting, database management, IT consulting, technical support, custom training, copywriting, and project management.
Alicia has nearly 8 years of online application support. She most recently worked with Susan G Komen Headquarters supporting the SGK Affiliates. As a specialist in supporting Affiliates with Convio, she helps affiliates with the full range of small "how-to" questions to more complicated tasks, including customizing and launching online registrations for their largest fundraising event - The Race for the Cure. She prides herself on building positive working relationships with clients. 
Rekha has 10 years of technical professional service experience in Project Management, CRM Solutions, Data Analysis, Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) and Database Design. She is certified as a Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Admin. She manages CRM implementation projects and provides database consulting to our clients. 
Prior to joining Cathexis, Jeff worked as an IT technician and project manager where he supported both local area networks and entire office computer environments. Jeff brings over 20 years of IT experience to the team, and currently focuses on all areas of donor data and Salesforce / Convio Common Ground platforms. 
Andrea has been helping non-profit organizations achieve user-friendly, attractive, and successful online presences for over ten years, having worked on staff or as a vendor to many national and local organizations. Most recently, she administered the Convio presence for a local chapter of the American Red Cross, where she leveraged it for effective fund-raising and communication in times of crisis and disaster. 
Molly manages new client deployments, project retainers and Cathexis Partners’ business development and partner network. Prior to joining the Cathexis team, Molly worked at Salsa Labs, and as a consultant on a number of communications, events, social media, and fundraising projects for a variety of nonprofit clients. 
Tim heads up our Salesforce and Luminate CRM deployment and support team. As an executive with over 15 years of top leadership experience, Tim has led business units at one of the most dynamic and successful production companies in children’s entertainment, managed projects for Fortune 500 clients, and launched new entertainment brands into the marketplace. Under Tim's leadership, teams have rolled out websites capturing millions of visitors, increased productivity on major web and software projects, and realized millions of dollars in combined licensing and marketing value. Tim understands the needs of non-profit organizations based on his 10 plus years of service on the board of directors for several non-profits.
Before joining our team, Quentin worked for Convio for over five years focusing on production for a range of clients, big and small, and merchant account configurations. Prior to Convio he worked for a private school as their Webmaster. He has worked with just about every Convio product, and is an expert at implementing and managing custom site wrappers.
Amber is simply an incredibly gifted web designer. Her creativity and ability to hear what the client is really asking for during the discovery phase of design is second to none. 
Tony is a Web Developer with diverse skills and expertise. He helps with a little bit of everything at Cathexis Partners... from new site deployments to ongoing client support to custom script solutions. In his own words: "I do WEB things". 
Chad has been working at the intersection of nonprofits and technology for over ten years. Previously, he worked at Heifer International and the American Red Cross National Headquarters as a business systems analyst, tech project manager and online fundraising data analyst. Additionally, he has many years of Convio project management consulting experience. He has an extensive history working overseas (mostly in Africa) on international technology projects with organizations such as Winrock & ACDI/VOCA. Chad holds a master’s degree in International Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
Richard brings our team nearly a decade of experience as a Web Developer on multiple CRM and CMS platforms. Additionally, he has been working within the Blackbaud/Convio suite of products for the past four years as well as other open source CMS platforms such as Drupal, Joomla and Wordpress. He is proficient with all Luminate Online modules, Convio's APIs and CMS platform. He has worked on projects for both for-profit and non-profit clients. Richard is a true problem solver and is ready to help clients of all sizes create an experience that captivates their audiences.
Glen is our Senior Web Producer. Prior to joining our team in 2009, Glen had worked with the Convio family of products for four years as a Convio technical team lead and Support Engineer. Prior to Convio he acquired six years experience in higher education and non-profit sectors in Web Producer and technical coordinator roles. He has worked with PC2 since its pre-release, is proficient in Convio’s APIs, and is a master of implementing and managing site wrappers within the Convio environment.
Jon comes from a diverse media background, having worked for interactive gaming, motion graphics, and 3D animation studios. These projects included high profile brands such as Netflix, Barney & Friends, Fraggle Rock, McDonalds, Bob the Builder, Big Idea and more. Immediately before joining Cathexis Partners, Jon spent 4 years working for non-profit organizations as Web Producer and Manager of Online Services where he supported multiple Convio hosted environments. He hold a master's degree in Communications. 
After two and a half years of working for the Children’s Defense Fund as their Convio system admin and providing support to their affiliate offices, Jeff comes to Cathexis with a passion for helping nonprofits achieve their online goals and expand their online presence. Prior to working for CDF, Jeff enjoyed a diverse experience providing technical support to individuals of all ages, skill levels and in many capacities, including working as a Tech Support Specialist for a Pennsylvania cyber charter school. 
KC has a strong background in project management and systems implementations. She has over 10 years of IT experience with a focus on leveraging technology to achieve business goals. Prior to joining Cathexis, she led Convio implementations for Susan G. Komen Affiliates. KC has a passion for working with nonprofit organizations and helping them succeed.
As Account Manager, Nicole manages new client deployments and project retainers.
